LPKF reduces the size of its Management Board

Garbsen, 27 th April 2018 – The Supervisory Board and the Management Board of LPKF Laser & Electronics AG have come to the conclusion that a four-member Management Board is not appropriate in view of the current size and situation of the company. Against this background, Christian Bieniek and Bernd Lange have decided not to extend their employment contracts at LPKF. They will leave the company during the course of the year.

The Supervisory Board would like to thank Christian Bieniek and Bernd Lange for their very good and trusting cooperation. Christian Bieniek (Chief Operating Officer) and Bernd Lange (Chief Technology Officer) have helped to shape the LPKF Group’s rapid growth and subsequently have made important contributions to the successful stabilization of the company and the launch of the turnaround.

LPKF Laser & Electronics AG’s shares are listed in the Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (ISIN 0006450000).
