LPA Group plc, the innovation-led engineering specialist in electronic and electro-mechanical components and systems, announces that it was informed on 4 April 2025 that Gordon Wakeford, Non-Executive Director purchased 8,500 ordinary shares in the Group at a price of 58 pence per share on 3 April 2025.

Following the above purchase, Gordon Wakeford is beneficially interested in 36,500 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.27 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital.
