Issue of equity

LPA announces that, pursuant to the exercise of options, it has issued 70,000 new ordinary shares of 10p each.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 70,000 ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and admission is expected to occur on 9 May 2017.

Following the above issue of equity, the issued share capital of the Company will comprise 12,376,729 ordinary shares of 10p each.

This announcement contains inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of EU Regulation 596/2014.
