LPA Group plc, the high reliability LED lighting, electronic and electro-mechanical system designer and manufacturer, announces that it was informed on 27 March 2023 that Stuart Stanyard, Chief Financial Officer purchased 20,000 ordinary shares in the Group at a price of 88.50 pence per share on 27 March 2023.

Following the above purchase, Stuart Stanyard is beneficially interested in 20,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.15 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital.
