LPA Group plc, the high reliability LED lighting, electronic and electro-mechanical system designer and manufacturer, announces that it was informed on 29 November 2022 that Gordon Wakeford, Non-Executive Director, purchased 6,300 ordinary shares in the Group at a price of 80.00 pence per share on 29 November 2022.

Following the above purchase, Gordon Wakeford is beneficially interested in 28,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.21 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital.
