LPA Group Plc, the high reliability LED lighting, electronic and electro-mechanical system designer and manufacturer, announces that it was informed on 7 February 2022 that Robert B Horvath, Chairman of the Company, and his wife Louise B Horvath, purchased in aggregate 70,000 ordinary shares in the Group at an average price of 72.96 pence per share on 4 February 2022.
Following the above purchases, Robert Horvath is beneficially interested in 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.74 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital.
