LPA Group Plc, the high reliability LED lighting and electro-mechanical system manufacturer and distributor, announces that it has been informed that, on 24 June 2020, Chris Buckenham, a director of the Company, transferred his shareholding in the Company comprising 10,000 ordinary shares and representing 0.08% of the Company, at a sale price of 63.0 pence and repurchase price of 63.3 pence per ordinary share, to an ISA account in his name.  Following the completion of the sale and purchase, his ultimate beneficial ownership has not changed and remains at 10,000 ordinary shares in total, representing 0.08% in the Company.
