Director disclosure

LPA wishes to make the following disclosure pursuant to paragraph (g) (v) of Schedule Two of the AIM Rules for Companies.

Per Staehr, a director of the Company, was a director of Trico Marine Services, Inc at the time of its Chapter 11 liquidation filing under bankruptcy on 11 August 2011. Mr Staehr was not the subject of any criticism in relation to this filing.

There are no other disclosures required in relation to paragraph (g) (v) of Schedule Two of the AIM Rules for Companies.
