Quarterly Activities Report – 31 March 2023
Loyal Lithium Limited ( ASX:LLI ) ( Loyal Lithium , LLI or the Company ) is pleased to provide its Quarterly Activity Report for the three-month period ended 31 March 2023.
CORPORATE HIGHLIGHTS

Loyal Lithium is executing its Strategic Business Plan with a strong emphasis on North American lithium.

The Company is continuously analysing and assessing corporate opportunities, prioritising advanced project transactions that provide significant value to LLI stakeholders.

Subsequent to the quarter LLI announced the acquisition of the transformational Hidden Lake Lithium Project with associated ASX re-compliance activities underway.

Loyal Lithium negotiated the acquisition of the remaining 20% of the Scotty Lithium Project and is now the 100% owner.
-
LLI is currently developing JV or divestment strategies for its WA assets in collaboration with its JV partner.
-
As of the end of March 2023, LLI had $5.564 million in cash.
OPERATIONS HIGHLIGHTS
TRIESTE LITHIUM PROJECT:
-
Loyal Lithium holds the largest land position in the highly prospective Trieste Greenstone Belt, with the Trieste Lithium Project covering 251 km2 - over 8.6 times larger than Winsome Resources' (ASX: WR1) Adina Lithium Project.

All 100% owned claims have been transferred to a Quebec subsidiary of Loyal Lithium - Trieste Lithium Project Inc. Claims acquired via the Osisko Development Corp. option agreement will remain under the ownership of Osisko Development Corp until the option is exercised.

A high-resolution aeromagnetic survey was completed over the primary targeted area, revealing prospective greenstone-hosted targets in the northwest section of the project. The survey supported the preparation of a pre-emptive drilling application, enabling fasttracked drilling.

Multi spectral analysis was completed, highlighting the potential of remote sensing by displaying similar lithium band combination signatures to Adina found on the northwest of LLI claims.

Loyal Lithium is currently preparing a comprehensive Trieste summer field program, utilising the inputs from the Company's extensive winter program, which included a regional/local geological assessment, review of historical data (outcrop, geochemical, till, and lake samples), high-resolution aeromagnetic analysis, and multispectral analysis.

SCOTTY LITHIUM PROJECT:

Drilling at the Scotty Lithium Project is set to commence imminently after obtaining a drill permit and mobilising the drilling contractor, Boart Longyear.
-
A Magnetotelluric survey (MT) spanning 19.2km across 5 traverses was conducted, revealing a 3.6km2 sedimentary basin in three traverses across Target 2.
-
Target 2, located beneath strong lithium-boron soil assay results (up to 448ppm lithium [2] and 3,360ppm boron) and just 1km west of Nevada Lithium's (CSE: NVHL) 2022 drilling [3,5] , has been identified as a high priority target in the inaugural drill program.

A sonic drill was selected to ensure quality sedimentary samples can be reached at depth, and in-country geological partner Dahrouge Geological Consulting has been engaged to support and manage the drilling campaign.
BRISK LITHIUM PROJECT:

Further field work is planned at the end of the summer field season following completion of priority work at the Trieste Lithium Project.

The inaugural field program at Brisk has been completed, with the following highlights:
-
✓ More pegmatite outcrops were discovered at Area 1 than originally anticipated.
-
✓ Area 1 and Area 2 are considered prospective for lithium, and further field work is recommended.
-
✓ Multiple samples containing highly fractionated pegmatites with indicator elements and mineralogy were obtained, including lithium, tantalum, niobium, beryllium, and bismuth tourmaline, apatite, and garnet.
-
✓ The southwest pegmatite body at Area 3 is highly continuous, with rubidium detected in the geochemical signature.
FINANCE UPDATE
Cash available to the Company at the end of the Quarter 31 March 2023 was $5,564,000.
Payments for the quarter included:

Exploration and Evaluation Expenditure during the quarter was $563,000. Full details of exploration activity during the quarter are set out in this report and relate primarily to, a high-resolution magnetics geophysics survey, satellite data acquisition and analysis, geological field sampling expenses, geological consultants’ services formulating field plans for the Canadian field season, field expenses and consumables.

Payment to related parties of the Company and their associates during the quarter was $106,000.

The Company’s disclosures required by ASX Listing Rule 5.3.4 regarding a comparison of its actual expenditure to 31 March 2023 since listing on 6 July 2021 against the “Use of Funds” statement in its prospectus dated 16 April 2021 is included in the attached Appendix 5B. Based on exploration undertaken post the listing of the Company on ASX, the Company has previously announced to ASX its decision to investigate the potential divestment or joint venture of the Monger North, Monger South and Gibraltar Projects. Consequently, other than in order to maintain those projects in good standing pending any such divestment or joint venture decision, the Company will not be incurring further exploration expenditure on those projects. For further information please see the ASX release “Operations Update” dated 26 August 2022, and ASX release “Western Australian Operations Update” dated 10 November 2022.

TRIESTE LITHIUM PROJECT
The 100% owned Trieste Lithium Project is a large-scale lithium Project located 14km east of Winsome Resources’ (ASX: WR1) Adina Lithium Project drill hole that recently recorded a significant lithium mineralised intercept of 1.34% over 107.6m[1 ] (figure 2). Loyal Lithium acquired the Trieste Lithium Project in October 2022 - prior to the drill campaign results at the Adina Lithium Project.

Loyal Lithium is the largest land holder along the highly prospective Trieste Greenstone Belt. The Trieste Lithium Project covers 251 km[2] , which is 8.6 times larger than Winsome Resources’ (ASX: WR1) Adina Lithium Project. The project area includes a 39 km long contact zone in the Trieste Greenstone Belt with a significant amount of historical data. Although the Project has never previously been explored for lithium, it does contain an anomalous historical lithium assay site.
HIGH RESOLUTION AEROMAGNETIC SURVEY
Prospectair Geosurveys Inc. has successfully conducted a high-resolution magnetic data survey using a helicopter over a 23 square kilometre northwest Trieste claims area, covering a distance of 555-line km with 50m line spacing[11] . As a highly esteemed geophysics contractor, Prospectair has previously conducted similar surveys for Patriot Battery Metals’ Corvette (TSXV: PMET) lithium discovery, showcasing the effectiveness of high-resolution magnetic data in exploring lithium pegmatites.
The acquired high-resolution magnetic data will aid in the design of a summer field program by revealing the extensions of known pegmatite outcrops. Furthermore, the data obtained from the high-resolution magnetic survey has enabled the preparation of a pre-emptive drilling permit application.
In the next quarter, the high-resolution aeromagnetic survey data will be merged with historical aeromagnetic data across the project to construct an inversion model, which will provide a 3D representation of the subsurface structure, lithologies, including greenstones, intrusions, pegmatites, and sediments. The 3D model will be updated with new fieldwork data and will aid in the targeting of deeper drill holes in the future.
MULTI SPECTRAL ANALYSIS
Using known lithium signatures, a multispectral analysis of satellite spectral data was conducted, resulting in the identification of multiple high-value targets for Loyal Lithium’s Canadian summer field program[9] . Spodumene diagnostic spectral bands were employed to derive signatures that

could help identify high-value targets that are consistent with known lithium-bearing pegmatites at Winsome Resources’ (ASX: WR1) neighbouring Adina Lithium Project.
The Company's high-priority spectral targets are primarily situated in the northwest of the Trieste Lithium Project along the same greenstones as at Winsome Resources' Adina Lithium Project. At the eastern extension of the greenstone, three distinct groupings of high-value targets were discovered. These spectral targets are separate units with comparable shapes, colours, and textures as the locally known lithium-bearing Adina pegmatites.

FIELD WORK PROGRAM
Loyal Lithium's winter program has provided valuable information for designing the summer program. The drafting of the field program began with the multispectral analysis and interpretation of geochemical testing of historical drill core being the final/outstanding inputs.
The Summer field program will incorporate several key inputs, including a regional/local geological assessment, a review of historical data (outcrop, geochemical, till, and lake samples), high-resolution aeromagnetic analysis, and multispectral analysis. The field program is being designed in collaboration with Dahrouge Geological Consulting, and details of the program will be released in the upcoming quarter.
SCOTTY LITHIUM PROJECT
The Scotty Lithium Project covers 78.1 km[2] and is located 189km northwest of Las Vegas and 517 km from Reno in the Tier 1 mining jurisdiction of Nevada, USA. The Scotty Lithium Project has twin prospects of lithium brines and lithium sediments and is adjacent to the existing Nevada Lithium Ltd (CSE: NVLH) Bonnie Claire Project, a lithium sediment project, with similar geology. The primary target for the proposed inaugural drilling campaign is lithium in sediments. Scotty is less than 100km from Albemarle’s operational Silver Peak Mine in Clayton Valley (NYSE: ALB) and Ioneer’s Rhyolite Ridge Lithium-Boron Project (ASX: INR) (figure 3).

Over the quarter the Scotty Lithium Project has been gearing up to commence drilling activities after obtaining the necessary drill permit and mobilising the drilling contractor, Boart Longyear. The mobilisation of the drilling contractor marks a significant milestone for the project, which plans to ground truth the interpreted sedimentary basin indicated by the completed Magnetotelluric Survey (MT)[10] .

The MT survey spanned 19.2km across five traverses to infer a 3.6km2 sedimentary basin in three traverses across Target 2, which is located beneath strong lithium-boron soil assay results of up to 448ppm lithium[2] and 3,360ppm boron. These findings have identified Target 2 as a high priority for the project's inaugural drill program. Target 2 is also situated just 1km west of Nevada Lithium's 2022 drilling site[3,5] , which is a promising sign for the project's potential success.
Additionally, in-country geological partner Dahrouge Geological Consulting has been engaged to support and manage the drilling campaign. Their expertise and experience will be invaluable in ensuring that the drilling program is executed effectively and safely.

BRISK LITHIUM PROJECT
A total of 192 mining claims covering 98.5km[2] were acquired when the option was exercised after field survey outcrop assay results were received (figure 4). The claims are divided into six separate claim blocks, extending over 70km in an east-west direction.
The Brisk Lithium Project contains a number of targets generated in the 2022 field campaign at Areas 1, 2 and 3 that require further testing. Due to the capacity constraints of geological contractor availability, the Company has prioritised fieldwork at the Trieste Lithium Project and will determine

WESTERN AUSTRALIA - MONGER NORTH, SOUTH AND GIBRALTAR PROJECTS
An expression of interest was received for the Mining Tenement Application at the Gibraltar Project.
The conclusions from both the August and then the November 2022 Strategic Reviews[8] now lists all Western Australian gold and base metal assets as better suited for joint venture or divestment with the following highlights:

Monger North Project: LLI discovered 16,400 oz JORC Inferred gold resource

Gibraltar Project: Exploration target tonnage and gold grade range between a minimum of 285,500t @ 0.71g/t; maximum 386,000t @ 0.97g/t, advanced by LLI. [NOTE: due to the uncertainty in supporting data, these minimum and maximum tonnage and grade ranges are conceptual in nature, as there has been insufficient exploration to estimate a JORC Mineral Resource. It is uncertain if further exploration will result in JORC Mineral Resource estimates.]

Monger South Project: zinc-copper-silver (ZCS) outcrop sample assays associated with FLEM geophysics conductor anomaly discovered by LLI. Also gold, nickel and ZCS outcrop sample assays and soils anomalies found elsewhere
A geochemical field sampling program for gold will be completed in the next quarter to ensure minimum expenditures are met and also work on rehabilitation requirements are satisfied.

Quarterly Report Disclosure – 31 March 2023
Loyal Lithium Limited (ASX: LLI ) provides the following disclosures required by ASX Listing Rule 5.3.4 regarding a comparison of its actual expenditure to 31 March 2023 since listing on 6 July 2021 against the “ Use of Funds ” statement in its prospectus dated 16 April 2021.

Based on exploration undertaken post the listing of the Company on ASX, the Company has previously announced to ASX its decision to investigate the potential divestment or joint venture of the Monger North, Monger South and Gibraltar Projects. Consequently, other than in order to maintain those projects in good standing pending any such divestment or joint venture decision, the Company will not be incurring further exploration expenditure on those projects. For further information please see the ASX release “ Operations Update ” dated 26 August 2022, and ASX release “ Western Australian Operations Update ” dated 10 November 2022.
