LOYAL LITHIUM LIMITED – PRIORITY OFFER
Loyal Lithium Limited (ASX:LLI, Loyal or the Company ) is pleased to advise that Loyal Lithium Limited ( Loyal Lithium ) has agreed to make a priority allocation to eligible shareholders of Loyal Lithium of up to a total of 5,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares in the capital of Loyal Lithium ( LLI Shares ) at an issue price of $0.30 per LLI Shares for a maximum of $1,500,000 ( Priority Offer ).
Loyal Lithium lodged a prospectus on 2 June 2023 for the purposes of satisfying Chapters 1 and 2 of the ASX Listing Rules and to satisfy the ASX requirements for Re-admission to the Official List.
The Priority Offer will form part of the Public Offer and is being made to all shareholders of Loyal Lithium resident in Australia and New Zealand and named on Loyal Lithium’s register of members as at 5:00pm (WST) on 1 May 2023 ( Record Date ) ( Eligible LLI Shareholders ).
The closing date for the Priority Offer is 5:00pm (WST) on 26 June 2022 , or such earlier or later date as the directors, in their absolute discretion, may determine. As outlined in the prospectus, all final allocations will solely be at the discretion of the Board.
If you are located in the United States, you will not be able to participate in the Priority Offer.
Priority Offer Application Forms
In order to make an application under the Priority Offer, Eligible LLI Shareholders should go to https://apply.automic.com.au/LoyalLithiumPriority and enter the unique priority code sent to them via email or post. Please note, that it is very likely that the offer will close early, and therefore shareholders are encouraged not to wait for their unique priority code in the post, as it may arrive after the offer is closed.
Eligible LLI Shareholders who have not yet received their unique priority code in the mail can also download their personalized application form containing the unique priority code as follows:
