Description
Monger Gold Ltd (‘MMG’) was admitted to the Official List of ASX Limited (‘ASX’) today, Friday, 2 July 2021.
Official quotation of MMG’s ordinary fully paid shares will commence at 12:00PM AEST on Tuesday, 6 July 2021.
MMG raised $5,000,000 pursuant to the offer under its prospectus dated 16 April 2021 (‘Prospectus’) by the issue of 25,000,000 shares at an issue price of $0.20 per share.
