Lowell Resources Fund (ASX: LRT) – Trading Halt
Description
The securities of Lowell Resources Fund (‘LRT’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of LRT, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 18 October 2024 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for Trading Halt
Cremorne Capital Ltd, responsible entity ( Responsible Entity ) for the Lowell Resources Fund ( ASX: LRT ) ( LRT or the Fund) requests an immediate trading halt be granted by the Australian Securities Exchange for all of its securities.
In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1 the Responsible Entity advises:

The trading halt is requested pending the release of a placement announcement.

The trading halt is requested until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 18 October 2024 or when the announcement is released to the market.

The Company is not aware of any reason why trading in its securities should not be temporarily halted.
