In accordance with Listing Rule 3.10A, Love Group Global Ltd ( ASX: LVE ) advises that 700,000 fully paid ordinary shares will be released from voluntary escrow on 7 March 2019.

The securities were related to the Company’s acquisition of Noonswoon Inc in late 2016.
