RESIGNATION OF CFO

Love Group Global Ltd ( ASX: LVE, “Love Group” or the “Company” ) wishes to advise shareholders that Ms Wendy Hui has tendered her resignation as CFO.

Ms Janice Yeung will take over Wendy’s finance duties as an Accounting Manager. Ms Yeung has over 25 years of professional finance experience, including working as Financial Controller for Hong Kong listed companies.

The Board expresses its gratitude to the contribution provided by Ms Wendy Hui over the past years and wishes her all the best in the future endeavors.
