Publication of Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting 

Loungers, the operator of 176 café / bar / restaurants across England and Wales which trade under the Lounge and Cosy Club brands, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the 52 weeks ended 18 April 2021 (the "Annual Report") and the Notice of the 2021 Annual General Meeting (the "Notice") are now available on the Company's website at www.loungers.co.uk.

Copies of the Annual Report and the Notice have been posted to shareholders who have requested to receive communications in printed form.

The Company's 2021 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held on Friday, 15 October 2021 at 2pm. It is intended that the AGM will proceed as an open meeting. However, given ongoing uncertainty, the Company may be required to make changes to the AGM arrangements. Shareholders should continue to monitor the Company's website and announcements for updates in relation to the AGM arrangements that may need to be provided and continue to act in accordance with the guidance issued by the UK Government and relevant authorities. Shareholders should refer to the Notice for details on how to vote by proxy.
