Loungers, a leading operator of all-day café/bar/restaurants across the UK under the Lounge, Cosy Club and Brightside brands, announces that on 1 June 2023 incentive awards were granted over ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Shares") under the Loungers plc Senior Management Restricted Share Plan to the below Directors and PDMRs ("PSP Awards"). The PSP Awards were granted in the form of nil-cost share options and in accordance with the performance conditions  as set out in the FY22 Annual Report and Accounts (on page 32).
