In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ("DTRs"), as of 30 June 2023 Loungers' issued share capital is 103,861,947 ordinary shares, of which 195,000 shares are held in treasury. Accordingly the total number of voting rights in Loungers is 103,666,945 ordinary shares. This figure may be used by the Company's shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of interest in, Loungers under the DTRs.
