On 8 January 2024, the Company was notified by Nick Collins, CEO of the Company, that on that date he had sold 130,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 221 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this sale, Nick Collins remains interested in 956,276 Ordinary Shares representing 0.92 per cent. of the issued Ordinary Shares.
