Loungers, a leading operator of all-day café/bar/restaurants across the UK under the Lounge, Cosy Club and Brightside brands, announces that on 2 May 2023 awards were granted over ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Shares") under the Loungers plc Senior Management Restricted Share Plan to the below directors and PDMRs. The awards were granted in the form of nil-cost share options in respect of one-off retention awards ("Retention Awards") as set out in the FY22 Annual Report and Accounts (on page 32).
