On 10 December 2020, the interest of Robert Darwent, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, in the ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") altered as a result of the sale (the "Sale") of 3,000,114 Ordinary Shares by funds advised by Lion Capital LLP ("Lion") at a price of 215 pence per Ordinary Share. Robert Darwent is a partner in Lion and is deemed to be interested in the Ordinary Shares held by funds advised by Lion.

Following the Sale, funds advised by Lion remain interested in 26,728,524 Ordinary Shares representing 26.10 per cent. of the issued Ordinary Shares.
