On 23 April 2020, the interest of Robert Darwent, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, in the issued ordinary shares of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") altered as a result of the acquisition (the "Acquisition") of 3,000,114 Ordinary Shares by funds advised by Lion Capital LLP ("Lion") pursuant to the placing of 9,250,000 new Ordinary Shares carried out by the Company on that date. Robert Darwent is a partner in Lion and is deemed to be interested in the Ordinary Shares held by funds advised by Lion.

Following the Acquisition, funds advised by Lion are interested in 29,728,638 Ordinary Shares representing 29.22 per cent. of the issued Ordinary Shares.
