ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE ACQUISITION OF OWN SHARES

The société anonyme under the name "LOULIS FOOD INGREDIENTS S.A." (the "Company"), announces to the investing public that, in execution of the resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders dated 21/05/2025 and the resolution of its Board of Directors dated 31/10/2025, purchased through transactions on the Athens Stock Exchange, during the period from 20.11.2025 to 26.11.2025, a total of 6,550 own shares, as follows:
