LOUIS PLC: SALE OF 5 GREEK HOTEL BUSINESSES TO REAL ESTATE FUNDS MANAGED BY BLACKSTONE

Further to its previous announcement dated 19 September 2019 in relation to the above subject - matter, Louis plc announces that, following review of the factors based on which the net value of the sale will be determined, the profit from the above-mentioned transaction is expected to be approximately €75m. The exact profit will be confirmed upon completion, which is anticipated to take place by the end of this year.
