Louis plc - Extension of the charter parties for the "Thomson Majesty" and "Thomson Spirit"

Louis plc announces the extension of the charter of its two cruise vessels "Thomson Majesty" and "Thomson Spirit" to Thomson Cruises, part of TUI Travel plc, until November 2017.

The two vessels had been chartered to Thomson Cruises, until the end of 2014.

The chartering of Louis plc vessels to Thomson Cruises started back in 1996 and this extension demonstrates the long, strategic and successful relationship between the two companies.
