Louis plc – Establishment of a Corporate Social Responsibility Committee – New Composition of the Board of Directors Committees

Louis plc announces the establishment of a Corporate Social Responsibility Committee which will comprise the following members of the Board of Directors:

• Kleopatra Kitti, Chairperson
• Theodoros Middleton, Member
• Louis Loizou, Member

The purpose of the CSR Committee is to assist the Company's Board of Directors in fulfilling the company's Corporate Social Responsibility Strategy regarding policies, objectives, actions and results on environmental, social and moral issues related to both the internal and external environment of the Company. It may also have an advisory role to the Management of the Company and the committees of the Board of Directors on the above issues in view of their comprehensive implementation.
