Notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)

This notice is given by Lotus Resources Limited ( Lotus ) (ASX: LOT) under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Act ).

Lotus confirms that:

• (1) it has issued 1,900,000 fully paid ordinary shares to professional and sophisticated investors ( Shares );

• (2) the Shares were issued without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Act;

• (3) this notice is being given under section 708A(5)(e) of the Act;

• (4) as a disclosing entity, Lotus is subject to regular reporting and disclosure obligations;

• (5) as at the date of this notice, Lotus has complied with:

  • a) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Act as they apply to Lotus; and

  • b) section 674 of the Act as it applies to Lotus; and

• (6) as at the date of this notice, there is no "excluded information" of the type referred to in sections 708A(7) or 708A(8) of the Act which is required to be disclosed by Lotus.
