SECONDARY TRADING NOTIFICATION - NOTICE PURSUANT TO SECTION 708A(5)(E) OF THE CORPORATIONS ACT 2001

Issue of 300,00 shares (Shares)

This notice is given by Lotus Resources Limited ( Lotus ) (ASX: LOT) under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Act ).

The Act restricts the on-sale of securities issued without disclosure, unless the sale is exempt under section 708, 708A or 708AA. By Lotus giving this notice, sale of the Shares will fall within the exemption in section 708A(5) of the Act.

Lotus hereby gives notice under Section 708A(5)(e) of the Act that:

• (1) the Shares were issued without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Act;

• (2) as at the date of this notice, Lotus has complied with:

  • a) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Act as they apply to Lotus; and

  • b) section 674 of the Act as it applies to Lotus; and

• (3) as at the date of this notice, there is no "excluded information" of the type referred to in sections 708A(7) or 708A(8) of the Act which is required to be disclosed by Lotus.
