RIVA RESOURCES LIMITED (ASX: RIR) – TRADING HALT REQUEST

Riva Resources Limited (the “Company”) requests an immediate trading halt on its securities pending an announcement regarding a potential acquisition.

The Company requests the trading halt be lifted on the earlier of commencement of normal trading on 20 October 2017, or when the anticipated announcement is released to the market.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
