RELEASE FROM ESCROW

Dragon Energy Ltd (ASX: DLE) hereby advises pursuant to Listing Rule 3.10A that the following securities are due to be released from escrow on 18 February 2011:

• 95,564,957 unquoted fully paid ordinary shares; and

• 10,750,000 options exercisable at $0.30 each on or before 31 May 2012.

DLE will apply to ASX for quotation of the shares under separate cover.
