BOARD CHANGES

Hylea Metals Limited (“Hylea”) wishes to advise Mr Keong Chan has today resigned from his position of NonExecutive Director and Company Secretary effective as of today. The Board would like to thank Mr Chan for his services and wishes him the best for future endeavours.

Mr David Berrie will be replacing Mr Chan as Company Secretary.
