Riva Resources Limited (the “Company”) advises that Managing Director, Mr Jonathan King, has given notice of his resignation from the Company effective immediately. Mr King has indicated he has other business commitments which require his time and attention.

The Company thanks Jonathan for his contribution to the Company during his tenure. The Company has a strong balance sheet supported by a sophisticated shareholder base and will now be assessing opportunities to maximise shareholder value.
