CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY

ASX RELEASE 1 JULY 2013

Dragon Energy Ltd (“Dragon”) advises that Mr Anthony Ho has resigned as Company Secretary. The Board of Directors expresses its appreciation to Mr Ho for his services to the Company.

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Leonard Math and Mr Ziming Yan (Olin) as joint Company Secretaries for Dragon, replacing Mr Anthony Ho.

Mr Math will also be appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

Leonard Math

Mr Math is a graduate in Accounting and Information Systems and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia. In 2005, Mr Math worked as an auditor at Deloitte before joining GDA Corporate as Manager – Corporate Services.

Mr Math is a director of ASX listed Kangaroo Resources Limited and RMA Energy Limited.

Mr Math is Company Secretary of ASX listed Elemental Minerals Limited, Ishine Resources Limited, Mako Hydrocarbons Ltd, Padbury Mining Limited and RMA Energy Limited.

Ziming Yan (Olin)

Mr Yan is an Accounting graduate with a Master of International Business degree. He has been a staff member of Dragon since 2011.
