Today, Lotus Bakeries has increased its issued capital following the exercise of 280 warrants by Lotus employees. In this way the number of Lotus Bakeries shares has risen from 815,733 to 816,013. The 280 newly issued shares are scheduled to be listed on Euronext Brussels on 8 April 2019.
Pursuant to Article 15 § 1 of the Act of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of significant participations in listed companies, Lotus Bakeries publishes the following information:
