Today, Lotus Bakeries has increased its issued capital following the exercise of 1,000 warrants by Lotus employees. In this way the number of Lotus Bakeries shares has risen from 814,733 to 815,733. The 1,000 newly issued shares are scheduled to be listed on Euronext Brussels on 8 October 2018.
Pursuant to Article 15 § 1 of the Act of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of significant participations in listed companies, Lotus Bakeries publishes the following information:
