LOTUS BAKERIES NV CAPITAL INCREASE THROUGH THE EXERCISE OF WARRANTS

Disclosure of information in accordance with Article 15 § 1 of the Act of 2 May 2007

Today, Lotus Bakeries has increased its issued capital following the exercise of 200 warrants by Lotus employees. In this way the number of Lotus Bakeries shares has risen from 812,313 to 812,513. The 200 newly issued shares are scheduled to be listed on Euronext Brussels on 10 October 2016.

Pursuant to Article 15 § 1 of the Act of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of significant participations in listed companies, Lotus Bakeries publishes the following information:

Status of shareholding as of 5 October 2016:
