As of 7 October 2013, 600 warrants have been exercised by employees of Lotus Bakeries. As a result, the number of shares of Lotus Bakeries has been increased from 794,513 to 795,113.

Pursuant to Article 15 § 1 of the Act of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of significant participations in listed companies, Lotus Bakeries publishes the following information:
