Right to ask questions

INFORMAL TRANSLATION
The following informal English translation is provided for informational purposes only.
The legally binding text is the Dutch language one.

Each shareholder is entitled to ask questions to the Board of Directors or the auditor of Lotus Bakeries NV. The Board of Directors encourages the shareholders to submit written questions prior to the general meeting in accordance with the conditions below. The questions will be answered during the general meeting. Where necessary, the answer to different questions about the same subject, will be grouped together in accordance with article 7:139 of the Belgian Companies and Associations Code.

Lotus Bakeries NV should receive all prior written questions from the shareholders at the latest by Wednesday 6 May 2026 at 5.00 PM (Belgian time).

In accordance with article 7:139 of the Belgian Companies and Associations Code the questions will be answered, provided that:

• the question relates to the items on the agenda of the Shareholders' Meeting;
• the disclosure of information or facts is not detrimental to Lotus Bakeries' interests or the confidentiality obligations entered into by Lotus Bakeries NV or its directors; and
• the shareholder asking the question meets the conditions concerning participation in the Shareholders' Meeting, in particular registration as a shareholder on the registration date of Tuesday 28 April 2026 at 12.00 PM (Belgian time) and confirmation of participation to the Shareholders' Meeting on Wednesday 6 May 2026 at 12.00 PM at the latest.
