A CHANGE OF TOTAL NUMBER OF VOTING RIGHTS

Lotus Bakeries announces herewith the total number of voting rights, amended by obtaining double voting rights on 42 shares that have been held in registered form since 9 November 2022.

This on the basis of article 15 of the Law of 2 May 2007 relating to the disclosure of major holdings in issuers whose shares are admitted to trading on a regulated market, which states that changes in capital, voting securities and voting rights should be published.

Situation on 29 November 2024:

• Total capital : EUR 3,591,183.65
• Total number of voting securities: 816,013
• Total number of voting rights (= the denominator) : 1,287,424

• Total number of treasury shares: 3,577 i.e. 0.44% of the total shares outstanding (the voting rights related to these treasury shares have been suspended).

The total number of voting rights serves as a basis for the notification of major holdings by the shareholders.
