LOTUS BAKERIES NV ORDINARY GENERAL MEETING ON 18 MAY 2021
Today, 18 May 2021, the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Lotus Bakeries NV took place.
Voting results
All agenda items have been approved by the shareholders. For more details about the voting results per agenda item, please refer to the shareholders' meeting section on the company website.
Dividend
The Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of 18 May 2021 has decided to allocate from the profit of the financial year 2020, a gross dividend per share of EUR 35.50.
The ex-dividend date is 20 May 2021. The dividend will be payable as from 25 May 2021 on surrender of coupon n° 33 at Degroof - Petercam, BNP Paribas Fortis, Belfius, ING Bank and KBC Bank.
Reappointment Board of Directors
The general meeting has renewed the term of office of the following Directors:
- • Mercuur Consult BV, represented by its permanent representative, Mr Jan Boone, as executive director of the company;
- · Vasticom BV, represented by its permanent representative, Mr Jan Vander Stichele, as nonexecutive director of the company;
- · PMF NV, represented by its permanent representative, Mr Johannes Boone, as non-executive director of the company;
- Anton Stevens as non-executive director of the company;
- Palumi BV, represented by its permanent representative, Mr Peter Bossaert, as independent director of the company;
- · Benoit Graulich BV, represented by its permanent representative, Mr Benoit Graulich, as independent director of the company.
