Today, 18 May 2021, the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Lotus Bakeries NV took place.
All agenda items have been approved by the shareholders. For more details about the voting results per agenda item, please refer to the shareholders' meeting section on the company website.
The Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of 18 May 2021 has decided to allocate from the profit of the financial year 2020, a gross dividend per share of EUR 35.50.
The ex-dividend date is 20 May 2021. The dividend will be payable as from 25 May 2021 on surrender of coupon n° 33 at Degroof - Petercam, BNP Paribas Fortis, Belfius, ING Bank and KBC Bank.
The general meeting has renewed the term of office of the following Directors:
