NOTICE OF RELEASE OF ESCROWED SECURITIES

Lord Resources Limited (ASX: LRD) (“Lord” or the “Company”) wishes to advise that pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, 5,967,500 ordinary shares and 6,120,000 options exercisable at $0.25 each on or before 28 March 2027, will be released from escrow on 7 April 2024.
