Description

Lord Resources Limited (“Lord” or “Company”) seeks a trading halt to the quotation of its securities for the period up to the commencement of trading on Wednesday, 24 April 2024, or the earlier release of an announcement to ASX regarding a capital raising.

The Company expects to be in a position to make an announcement before commencement of trading on Wednesday, 24 April 2024 and is not aware of any reason why a trading halt should not be granted and confirms there is no further information the Company can provide to the market regarding the request for the trading halt.
