Lord is raising 1.5 million (Placement) via the issue of 30 million shares at an issue price of 0.05 per share, together with 15 million free attaching options (exercisable at 0.10 on or before 15 June 2027) (Attaching Options). Tranche 1 comprising 10.75 million shares is completed per this Appendix 2A. Tranche 2 (19.25 million ordinary shares),

15 million Attaching Options and the LM Options will be issued subject to shareholder approval.
