2024 AGM DATE AND CLOSING DATE FOR DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS

Lord Resources Limited (ASX: LRD) (“Lord” or the “Company”) advises that its 2024 Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.30am (Perth time) on Friday 29 November 2024.

All director nominations, together with a consent to act, for election at the 2024 Annual General Meeting are to be received in writing no later than 5.00pm (Perth time) on Friday, 18 October 2024 at the Company’s registered office, Level 2, Suite 9, 389 Oxford Street, Mount Hawthorn, Western Australia 6016 or by mail to Company Secretary, Lord Resources Limited, PO Box 281, Mount Hawthorn, Western Australia 6915.
