2022 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Lord Resources Limited (ASX: LRD) advises that its 2022 Annual General Meeting will be held at 10.00am (Perth time) on Monday 28 November 2022.

All director nominations, together with a consent to act, for election at the 2022 Annual General Meeting are to be received in writing no later than 5.00pm (Perth time) on Friday, 14 October 2022 at the Company’s registered office, Level 2, Suite 9, 389 Oxford Street, Mount Hawthorn, Western Australia 6016 or by mail to Company Secretary, Lord Resources Limited, PO Box 281, Mount Hawthorn, Western Australia 6915.
