Grant of share options under the Lookers plc Long-Term Incentive Plan

The Board of Directors of Lookers plc ("Lookers" or the "Company") announces that, following approval by the Company's Remuneration Committee, the Company granted options to certain directors (the "Options") on 12 April 2016.

The Options have been granted pursuant to the rules of the Lookers plc Long-Term Incentive Plan (the "plan") which were approved by the Company's shareholders on 29 May 2015.

The Options have been granted over a total of 621,967 ordinary shares of £0.05 each in the capital of the Company ("Shares").

In normal circumstances, the Options are exercisable three years from the date of grant (to the extent to which the performance criteria have been met).
