Grant of share options under the Lookers Executive Share Option Scheme

The Board of Directors of Lookers plc ("Lookers" or the "Company") announces that, following approval by the Company's Remuneration Committee, the Company has today granted options to certain directors (the "Options").

The Options have been granted pursuant to the rules of the Lookers Executive Share Option Scheme (the "Scheme") which were approved by the Company's shareholders on 13 May 2008.

The Options have been granted over a total of 914,461 ordinary shares of £0.05 each in the capital of the Company ("Shares").

In normal circumstances, the Options are exercisable three years from the date of grant (to the extent to which the performance criteria have been met).
