As previously announced, Sally Cabrini and Richard Walker have stepped down from the Board of Lookers plc, following the conclusion of its Annual General Meeting today.
Sally Cabrini has stepped down as a Non-Executive Director, Chair of the Remuneration Committee and member of the Audit and Risk Committee and the Nomination Committee.
Richard Walker has stepped down as a Senior Independent Non-Executive Director and member of the Audit and Risk Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee.
