Board Change

Lookers plc ("Lookers "or "the company") one of the leading UK motor retail and aftersales service groups, announces today that following the sale of the Parts Division, Neil Davis, who is the Managing Director of the Parts Division, has resigned from his position as a director of the company as he is joining Alliance Automotive Group who have acquired the Parts Division where Neil will continue in his role as Managing Director of FPS Distribution Limited.

Phil White, Chairman of Lookers, commented: "I would like to thank Neil for his significant contribution to the company since joining the board in July 2011 and for his successful management and development of the Parts Division where he has been Managing Director of FPS since 2005 and during which time he has developed the Parts Division into a market leader in the independent automotive aftermarket sector. Together with all my colleagues on the board, I would like to thank Neil personally for his major contribution to the success of Lookers and we wish him well for the future".
