RESULT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF LOOKERS

The Board of Lookers is pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting held on Thursday 30 May 2013, the Resolutions as set out in the Notice of Meeting were passed.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.18, two copies of the resolutions passed as special business will be submitted to the FCA.
